History

Tim Jenema, licensed owner, spent four (4) years at Ferris State University obtaining an education in construction management. He spent five (5) years gaining valuable practical experience as part of a construction team and then in 1997 he opened up his own construction company. Tim understands that a home is more than just a dwelling, its a place for a family to gather, a place to raise a family, a place to grow and create a life time of memories.
